Mobilization/Coordination
- spread important messages from other work groups (strike, counter-summit, demo/blockade, ...) to europe
- establish paneuropean contacts, keep in touch, inform constantly
- coordinate information with other austrian university cities
- cooperate with "int.mob" groups from other universities (e.g. graz) and use their contacts
- make mobilization tours to bigger meetings in europe
- hold speeches with key issues (summit background, bologna process, plans for march)
- strengthen networking and contacts
- distribute material
Content to be spread
- send call for participation to all areas > wait for feedback > collect contacts and keep in touch
- promote logo / flyers / posters, once the material-group has produced them
- communicate 4-day-schedule for the action days to all regions / languages
- send emails with calls for feedback about
- offering thematic workshops during the counter-summit
- offering interpreter contacts (languages, contact)
- translate and spread legal help material before the action days (prepared by demo/blockade group(?))
- „NO-costs-in-Vienna"-message to especially lower income regions, asking only to have them pay the transport
- special mobilization email focused to NON-students
